Common use of Verizon OSS Information Clause in Contracts

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Intrado through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to, any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or an Intrado Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Intrado through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Intrado Connectel through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to, : (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or an Intrado a Connectel Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Intrado Connectel through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any Connectel Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Connectel.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Intrado through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to, : (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or an Intrado Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Intrado through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any Intrado Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 below) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Intrado.

The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to, : (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or an Intrado a NOS Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Intrado NOS through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any NOS Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 below) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, NOS.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Intrado Xxxxxxx.xxx Inc. through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to, : (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or an Intrado a Xxxxxxx.xxx Inc. Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Intrado Xxxxxxx.xxx Inc. through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services.; and,

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Intrado Verizon Avenue through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to, : (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or an Intrado a Verizon Avenue Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Intrado Verizon Avenue through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services.; and,

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Intrado Comm through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to, any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or an Intrado Comm Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Intrado Comm through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services.
