Common use of Verizon OSS Information Clause in Contracts

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBB through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a CBB Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBB through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any CBB Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBB.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBB CSTC through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a CBB CSTC Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBB CSTC through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any CBB CSTC Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBBCSTC.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBB KDL through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a CBB KDL Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBB KDL through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any CBB KDL Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBBKDL.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBB BTLLC through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a CBB BTLLC Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBB BTLLC through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any CBB BTLLC Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachmentbelow) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBBBTLLC.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBB VNCI through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a CBB VNCI Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBB VNCI through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any CBB VNCI Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBBVNCI.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBB Xxxxxxx through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a CBB Xxxxxxx Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBB Xxxxxxx through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any CBB Xxxxxxx Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBBXxxxxxx.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBB BitWise through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a CBB BitWise Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBB BitWise through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any CBB BitWise Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachmentbelow) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBBBitWise.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBB BLC through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a CBB BLC Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBB BLC through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any CBB BLC Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBBBLC.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBB BLC through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” Information includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a CBB BLC Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBB BLC through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any CBB BLC Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBBBLC.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBB RVP through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a CBB RVP Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBB RVP through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any CBB RVP Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachmentbelow) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBB.RVP.‌

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBB RACC through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a CBB RACC Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBB RACC through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any CBB RACC Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachmentbelow) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBB.RACC.‌

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBB BCN through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a CBB BCN Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBB BCN through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any CBB BCN Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBBBCN.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBB Xxxxxxxx through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a CBB Xxxxxxxx Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBB Xxxxxxxx through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any CBB Xxxxxxxx Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBBXxxxxxxx.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBB SBCT through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a CBB SBCT Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBB SBCT through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any CBB SBCT Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachmentbelow) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBBSBCT.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBB CBAD through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a CBB CBAD Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBB CBAD through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any CBB CBAD Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBBCBAD.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBB GCTC through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a CBB GCTC Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBB GCTC through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any CBB GCTC Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBBGCTC.
