Amgen and Dialysis Center will direct the Firm to render a written determination within twenty (20) days of its retention, and Amgen and Dialysis Center and their respective agents will cooperate with the Firm during its engagement. Any such audit shall be conducted during normal business hours, and so as not to unreasonably interfere with the business of Amgen and/or any of the Dialysis Center Purchasers.
