VERBAL UPDATES. CLIENT agrees that no verbal updates will be provided to CLIENT while AGENCY is engaged in or in the process of performing any surveillance assignments. Oral reports will be provided within 48 hours after the information is obtained or, no sooner than 9:00 a.m. the Monday following any weekend surveillance assignment when reporting information to CLIENT. CLIENT further agrees that if CLIENT is represented by an attorney that AGENCY within the times mentioned in this paragraph may, at AGENCY’s sole discretion, provide the reports mentioned above directly to the CLIENT’s attorney. CLIENT understands that he/she may be needed to provide information to AGENCY while in the course of a surveillance assignment (vehicle descriptors, colour of dress / clothing for the day, etc.) but AGENCY is not obligated to provide a report to CLIENT at the time the additional information is requested. CLIENT INTERFERENCE: CLIENT acknowledges that any interference in this investigation by CLIENT or by CLIENT’s friends, relatives, agents, or employees will jeopardise the ability of AGENCY to provide the services promised under this agreement. CLIENT further acknowledges that interference includes, but is not limited to calling the AGENCY and/or employees and contractors while they are trying to perform investigative duties and/or surveillance, asking to ride along on surveillances, driving past locations under surveillance, and/or visiting locations near the location under surveillance. CLIENT agrees not to interfere in any manner whatsoever, or instruct or cause anyone else to interfere, directly or indirectly, while AGENCY is in the course of this investigation. CLIENT understands and agrees that in the event anyone other than AGENCY participates in this investigation, AGENCY will immediately terminate all activity in this assignment and CLIENT will forfeit any unused portion of the retainer.

VERBAL UPDATES. Consultant will coordinate 30 minute verbal updates once every other week (or at less frequent intervals approved in advance) addressing the progress of work, schedule, action items and budget to ensure steady progress and preparation of key upcoming deliverables and events.

  • Software Updates XXXXX agrees to keep current with software licensed from Skyward and will install new versions on a timeline approved by XXXXX governance.   • Service Updates Our Services may automatica ly download and insta l updates to your computer system from time to time and you hereby permit and consent to same. Updates are genera ly developed to improve our Services, including by providing enhanced functionality, bug fixes, and new software.

  • CONTENT UPDATES If You purchase a Symantec maintenance/support offering consisting of or including Content Updates, as indicated on Your Support Certificate, You are granted the right to use, as part of the Licensed Software, such Content Updates as and when they are made generally available to Symantec’s end user customers who have purchased such maintenance/support offering and for such period of time as indicated on the face of the applicable Support Certificate. This License Agreement does not otherwise permit You to obtain and use Content Updates.

  • Schedule Updates the Contractor agrees to maintain the Work duration schedule updates on an ongoing basis and, when the County requests it, include the updates in its payment request. The Contractor may be required to submit a narrative report with each monthly update which shall include a description of current and anticipated problem areas, delaying factors and their impact, and an explanation of corrective action taken or proposed. Failure to do so may be considered a material breach of the Contract. Any additional or unanticipated costs or expense required to maintain the schedules shall be solely the Contractor’s obligation and Contractor agrees not to charge the County.

  • Monthly Updates The Contractor must provide the Design Professional and the Owner with monthly updates of the Overall Project Schedule indicating completed activities and any changes in sequencing or activity durations. (See also Articles 2.1.2 and 2.1.5).

  • Automatic Updates If you choose to allow automatic app updates, your device will periodically check with Apple for updates and upgrades to the Apple Software and, if an update or upgrade is available, the update or upgrade will automatically download and install onto your device and, if applicable, your peripheral devices. You can turn off the automatic app updates altogether at any time by changing the automatic app updates settings found within Settings.

  • How to Update Your Records You agree to promptly update your registration records if your e-mail address or other information changes. You may update your records, such as your e-mail address, by using the Profile page.

  • Support and Updates You are entitled to receive email support or support via our GitHub page for one (1) year after you purchase the License for the Software. During that time, you shall be entitled to receive support for an unlimited number of support inquiries. BALKAN App will provide an initial response (but not necessarily a resolution) to each support inquiry within: seventy-two (72) hours of receipt of such support inquiry, and will use reasonable efforts to resolve the issue generating the inquiry as soon as is reasonably possible. You will lose the right to receive support after such one (1) year period, unless you renew your License with BALKAN App at additional cost. You are eligible to receive Major and Minor Updates (i.e., major revisions or new versions) during the one (1) year after the date on which you purchase the License; you will lose the right to receive Updates after such one (1) year period, unless you renew your license.

  • Updates “Updates” are changes that do not require a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. Updates may include: Centralized Contract changes and updates made in accordance with the previously approved pricing formula (e.g. discount from list price); adding new products or services within the established, previously approved pricing structure; lowering pricing of products or services already on Contract, deleting products or services available through the Centralized Contract, adding product or service that do not fall under the previously established price structure or discounts under the Contract, re-bundled products, and other updates not listed above that are deemed to be in the best interest of the State and do not result in a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. Updates must be submitted to OGS for review, and must be accompanied by a justification of reasonableness of price if the change results in a change in pricing methodology. OGS will notify Contractor in writing if approved.

  • Upgrades and Updates Customer shall be entitled to receive all upgrades and updates Philips makes generally commercially available during the term of the Agreement, subject to the same usage rights, limitations, and restrictions applicable to the originally provided version of InfoView. Custom Modules may need additional modifications to be compatible with the Software upgrades and are, subject to resource availability and may be subject to an additional cost. Updates including bug fixes, shall be prioritized by Philips based on the needs and impact such bugs are having on the total customer base using the InfoView Software.
