Venue Selection. The Host will scout out venues that they believe will be appropriate for the conference. This includes, but is not limited to, 30 sleeping rooms, rooms for meetings, Lase-off and Awards presentations. The Host will report back to the Board of Directors (hereinafter the “Board”) and the XXXX Conference Committee their findings. This report must include a preliminary budget for the proposed venue.
Venue Selection. All disputes arising under this Agreement, unless resolved by mutual agreement of the Parties, shall be resolved in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, located in the County of New York or, if such court does not have jurisdiction, by .a Federal Court located in the borough of Manhattan in the City of New York. The Parties hereby irrevocably (i) consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal court or Courts of the State of New York located in the borough of Manhattan, for all purposes in connection with any action or proceeding that arises under, or relates to this Agreement, and (ii) waive all objections as to venue and any and all rights they may have to seek a change of venue with respect to any such action or proceedings.
Venue Selection. Any dispute, controversy and/or lawsuit arising out of this Agreement and/or the use of the premises at 0000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx shall be brought exclusively in the Circuit Court for St. Clair County, Illinois.
