Venetian Blinds. Landlord shall supply and install ceiling-high venetian blinds on all exterior windows. These blinds shall be maintained by Tenant.
Venetian Blinds. Ball-Architect by Marathon Xxxxx-XxXxxx Co., 1" wide aluminum, dove xxxx, XXX operation, XXX cords standard brackets and XXX limiter. Blinds shall be provided and installed at interior windows by Landlord as an optional expense to Tenant.
Venetian Blinds. Both sides of all venetian blind slats shall be clean and free of dust, dirt and water spots.
