Vendor agrees to notify customer of any changes to this agreement and give customer 30 days to either accept new agreement or discontinue this service. Comply with the rules and regulations concerning the privacy and security of PHI under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and other provisions in Section 19. Any data breaches will be disclosed to customer within a reasonable time and comply with local laws regarding disclosures of such breaches.
