Vendor Code of Conduct. 1. In furtherance of its longstanding commitment to fundamental human rights, to the dignity of all people, and to the environment, the University has developed the Code of Conduct for University of Connecticut Vendors (the “Vendor Code of Conduct”). Contractor hereby acknowledges receipt of the Vendor Code of Conduct. A copy of the Vendor Code of Conduct is available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/. The Vendor Code of Conduct is hereby incorporated herein by reference to the extent Contractor is required to comply with the same pursuant to this section.
