Vehicle Tracking. With respect to TNCs, prior to engaging in operations at the Airport, Applicant shall work with assigned Authority personnel and/or a third party company that Authority shall designate, to develop and implement a vehicle Airport Geo-Fence tracking protocol, consistent with the Data Interface Requirement set forth in Exhibit B, attached if applicable, and as it may be amended. Vehicle tracking shall be established as follows:

Testing must also take place immediately following any repairs, maintenance work or alteration to the vehicle. The system must be operational and activated at all times. For the term of this License, all such audits shall take place in Licensee’s corporate offices within the state of California. The TNC Mobile App access provided shall allow City to view, search, query, and create reports on Trip transactions electronically, as well as access historical information in both report and map format. City shall be able to access all required information for authorized TNC Drivers pursuant to 7.1 above.

Failure to provide ride tracking may result in suspension or penalties applied, these could be temporary suspension, or Administration Charges.
