Vehicle Signage and Painting. All collection and Residential 00 Xxxxxx Sweeping Service vehicles shall be painted and numbered consecutively without 29 repetition and shall have CONTRACTOR's name, CITY’s customer service telephone 30 number, (000) 000-0000, and the number of the vehicle painted in letters of contrasting 31 color, at least four (4) inches high, on each side and on the rear of each vehicle. The 32 City Representative may specify the format of the alpha-numeric numbering sequence 33 to be used, so that all vehicles in use by all persons performing the types of services 34 specified in this Agreement have a unique identifier. No advertising shall be permitted 35 other than the name of CONTRACTOR except promotional advertisement of the 36 Recycle Plus Program. Collection vehicles and sweepers shall be painted white and 37 vehicle striping and logos shall be painted CONTRACTOR’s primary corporate color. 38 CONTRACTOR shall repaint all collection vehicles and sweepers (including the 1 vehicles’ striping) during the term of this Agreement on a frequency as necessary to 2 maintain a positive public image as reasonably determined by the City Representative, 3 but not less often than every thirty (30) months beginning July 1, 2007. 4 Collection vehicles and sweepers shall be identified as City of 5 San Xxxx Recycle Plus collection vehicles through the use of interchangeable signs. 6 These signs will contain Recycle Plus related announcements in English, Spanish, 7 Vietnamese, or other languages as directed by the City Representative. 8 CONTRACTOR shall equip both sides of its vehicles, other than claw equipment or 9 bucket loaders, with frames capable of securing signs of dimensions 29-3/16” high by 10 93-3/16” wide or other dimensions designated by the City Representative. CITY shall 11 provide such signs to CONTRACTOR with a minimum of one (1) weeks notice prior to 12 design changes. CONTRACTOR shall install the signs in the frames. CITY shall not 13 require sign changes more frequently than once every quarter.

Collection vehicles shall have signage in letters of 18 contrasting color, at least six (6) inches high, on each side and the rear of each vehicle that 19 clearly provides the CONTRACTOR'S name, the CONTRACTOR’S customer service telephone 20 number, and the number of the vehicle. No advertising shall be permitted other than the name 21 of the CONTRACTOR except promotional advertisement of the Recyclable Materials, Green 22 Waste/Organic Waste programs and clean air vehicle signage. CONTRACTOR shall repaint all 23 vehicles (including vehicles striping) during the term of this Agreement on a frequency as 24 necessary to maintain a positive public image as reasonably determined by the City 25 Representative.

No advertising is permitted other than the name of Contractor, its logo and registered service marks, except promotional advertisement of the Recyclable Materials and Organic Waste programs, which is encouraged. City to approve any promotional material of the Recyclable Materials and Organic Waste Programs affixed to or painted on Contractor’s Collection vehicles and may require such promotion to be utilized from time to time in order to encourage correct recycling, reduce contamination, and provide relevant education. Contractor must repaint all vehicles (including vehicles striping) during the term of this Agreement on a frequency as necessary to maintain a positive public image as reasonably determined by the Agreement Administrator, but not less often than every thirty (30) months beginning July 1, 2021.

No advertising shall be permitted other than the name of the CONTRACTOR except promotional advertisement of the Recyclable Materials and Organic Materials programs or such other signage as may be approved by the Contract Administrator in writing. The CONTRACTOR shall repaint all vehicles (including vehicle striping if appropriate) during the Term of this Agreement as necessary to maintain a positive public image.
Vehicle Signage and Painting. All new vehicles will be painted before first use and repainted as needed to maintain a clean, professional appearance. Graphics will meet or exceed the provisions provided in this Agreement and the standards provided in Republic Services Fleet Graphics Standards dated February 2011. If there is a change to the document, FRANCHISEE will notify CITY Representative and provide a revised version. If the CITY determines that revised standards represent a significant degradation in signage and painting requirements, the FRANCHISEE will conform with the signage and painting requirements previously approved by the CITY.

No advertising shall be permitted other than the name of the LICENSEE. LICENSEE shall repaint or discontinue the use of a vehicle at the request of the City Representative to maintain a positive public image as reasonably determined by the City Representative.

No advertising shall be permitted 586 other than the name of the CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR shall repaint or discontinue the use 587 of a vehicle at the request of the City Representative to maintain a positive public image as 588 reasonably determined by the City Representative. 589 6.01.5 Debris Box Signage, Painting, and Cleaning. Debris Boxes, shall be 590 painted and numbered consecutively without repetition and shall have the CONTRACTOR'S 591 name, CONTRACTOR’S customer service telephone number, and the number of the vehicle 592 painted in letters of contrasting color, at least six (6) inches high, on each side and the rear of 593 each Debris Box. No advertising shall be permitted other than the name of the CONTRACTOR. 594 Such Debris Boxes as are provided by the CONTRACTOR shall be steam cleaned by the 595 CONTRACTOR as frequently as necessary so as to maintain them in a sanitary condition. 596 CONTRACTOR shall repaint or discontinue the use of a Debris Box at the request of the City 597 Representative to maintain a positive public image as reasonably determined by the City 598 Representative.
