Vehicle Replacement. The Administrator will pay up to £30 a day [including VAT], for up to seven days, towards the cost of a replacement Vehicle. You can only have a replacement Vehicle if the Vehicle is being repaired under the Policy and prior authority has been given by the Administrator’s claims department.

Vehicle Replacement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any vehicle described in section H1.1 (Notification and Payment if Disposal) is sold, leased or otherwise disposed of during the 12-year period for conventional vehicles or a 5-year period for a specialized vehicle, and replaced to meet technical or operational requirements of the Recipient with a vehicle of equal or greater value, the Recipient may, in lieu of the repayment set out in section H1.1 (Notification and Payment if Disposal) and with the Province’s prior written consent, reinvest the proceeds from the disposal into the replacement vehicle.

Vehicle Replacement. On or before December 31, 2012 and ending no later than December 31, 2014, CONTRACTOR shall first repower all route assigned collection vehicles with CNG powered vehicles. The remaining backup vehicles will be converted at a later date. CITY may extend conversion of all of the collection vehicles beyond June 30, 2015. In addition, CONTRACTOR shall replace light-duty vehicles with hybrid-drive technology when the light-duty vehicles are no longer in good working order and require replacement.
