Vehicle Rentals. Licensee shall have the right and obligation to rent non-chauffeured vehicles to passengers, tenants, and other patrons of the Airport. Licensee shall have an affirmative obligation, for the term of the Agreement, as it may be extended as provided above, to conduct a non-exclusive, on- airport commercial rental car operation at all times that such service is customarily provided to the traveling public at the Airport. Vehicle Rentals. Licensee shall provide rental car services continuously during the term of this Agreement and shall operate it in a first-class manner to serve passengers and other Airport users.

Vehicle Rentals. The Recipient is expected to use a rental vehicle for travel over 150km or where the cost of using a rental vehicle is lower than the cost of using a private vehicle. The Recipient must ensure that it obtains a competitive rate for vehicle rentals as well as purchase the ‘Personal Accident Insurance and the Collision Damage Waiver’ options. FII will only share the cost of compact or mid-sized cars requirements.

Vehicle Rentals. Rental vehicles shall be fit for purpose and selected based on a pre-trip hazard assessment. Where rental vehicles are used, the employee shall select from the preferred supplier list provided by Supply Management Group (SMG). Vehicle safety kits should be obtained for use during the trip and can be obtained from NAO HSEOI in Calgary and are also available in all area field offices. A Vehicle Safety Kit Checklist can be found in Appendix 4. When travelling from the rental facility to your destination where there is a reasonable expectation that help would be readily available if required, such as travelling on a main highway during daylight hours, or inter-city driving for training etc. a kit may not be required.

  • Vehicle Allowance (a) Vehicle allowance for all kilometres travelled on the Employer’s business shall be paid to employees who are required to use their own vehicles in the performance of their duties.

  • Rentals The Agent will offer for rent and will rent the dwelling units and commercial space, if any, in the Project. Incident thereto, the following provisions will apply:

  • Vehicle Parking Lessee shall be entitled to use the number of Unreserved Parking Spaces and Reserved Parking Spaces specified in Paragraph 1.2(b) on those portions of the Common Areas designated from time to time by Lessor for parking. Lessee shall not use more parking spaces than said number. Said parking spaces shall be used for parking by vehicles no larger than full-size passenger automobiles or pick-up trucks, herein called "Permitted Size Vehicles." Vehicles other than Permitted Size Vehicles shall be parked and loaded or unloaded as directed by Lessor in the Rules and Regulations (as defined in Paragraph 40) issued by Lessor.   • Basic Rental Tenant agrees to pay to Landlord during the ------------- Term hereof, at Landlord's office or to such other person or at such other place as directed from time to time by written notice to Tenant from Landlord, the initial monthly and annual sums as set forth in Article 1.C of the Basic Lease Provisions, payable in advance on the first day of each calendar month, without demand, setoff or deduction, and in the event this Lease commences or the date of expiration of this Lease occurs other than on the first day or last day of a calendar month, the rent for such month shall be prorated.   • Additional Rental Lessee shall pay and discharge, as additional rental (“Additional Rental”), all sums of money required to be paid by Lessee under this Lease which are not specifically referred to as Rental. Notwithstanding that the payment of Annual Fixed Rent, Operating Expenses Allocable to the Premises and the Tax Excess payable by Tenant to Landlord shall not commence until the Rent Commencement Date, Tenant shall be subject to, and shall comply with, all other provisions of this Lease as and at the times provided in this Lease. Except as expressly otherwise set forth in this Lease, the Annual Fixed Rent, Additional Rent and all other charges for which provision is made in this Lease shall be paid by Tenant to Landlord without setoff, deduction or abatement.

  • Base Rental (a) Lessee hereby agrees to pay to Lessor, without setoff or deduction whatsoever, a monthly installment of $3,284.00. Lessee shall also pay, as additional rent, all such other sums of money as shall become due from and payable by Lessee to Lessor under this Lease (Base Rental, any adjustment thereto pursuant to Section 4 hereof, and all such other sums of money due from and payable by Lessee pursuant to this Lease are sometimes hereinafter collectively called "rent"), for the nonpayment of which Lessor shall be entitled to exercise all such rights and remedies as are herein provided in the case of the nonpayment of Base Rental. If the term of this Lease commences on a day other than the first (lst) day of a month or terminates on a day other than the last day of a month, then the installments of Base Rental and any adjustments thereto for such month or months shall be prorated, and the installment or installments so prorated shall be paid in advance.
