Common use of Vehicle Parking Clause in Contracts

Vehicle Parking. So long as Lessee is not in default, and subject to the rules and regulations attached hereto, and as established by Lessor from time to time, Lessee shall be entitled to rent and use 15 parking spaces in the Office Building Project at the monthly rate applicable from time to time for monthly parking as set by Lessor and/or its licensee. See paragraph 2.2 of the attached Addendum.

Vehicle Parking. So long as Lessee is not in default, and subject to the rules and regulations attached hereto, and as established by Lessor from time to time, Lessee shall be entitled to rent and use 15 six (6) parking spaces in the Office Building Project at the monthly rate applicable from time to time for monthly parking as set by Lessor and/or its licensee. See paragraph 2.2 of the attached AddendumProject.

Vehicle Parking. So long as Lessee is not in default, and subject to the rules and regulations attached hereto, and as established by Lessor from time to time, Lessee shall be entitled to rent and use 15 10 parking spaces in the Office Building Project at the monthly rate applicable from time to time for monthly parking as set by Lessor and/or its licensee. Vehicle Parking. So long as Lessee is not in default, default and subject to the rules and regulations attached hereto, and as established by Lessor from time to time, Lessee shall be entitled to rent and use 15 19 parking spaces in the Office Building Project at the monthly rate applicable from time to time for monthly parking as set by Lessor and/or its licensee. Vehicle Parking. So long as Lessee is not in default, and subject to the rules and regulations attached hereto, and as established by Lessor from time to time, Lessee shall be entitled to rent and use 15 3 parking spaces in the Office Building Project at the monthly rate applicable from time to time for monthly parking as set by Lessor and/or its licensee. See paragraph 2.2 of the attached Addendumlicenses.

Vehicle Parking. So long as Lessee is not in default, and subject to the rules and regulations attached hereto, and as established by Lessor from time to time, Lessee shall be entitled to rent and use 15 one hundred thirty-five (135) parking spaces in the Common Area of the Office Building Project at the monthly rate applicable from time to time Project. Twenty-eight (28) of these spaces shall be designated for monthly parking as set by Lessor and/or its licensee. See paragraph "Visitors." The remainder of Paragraph 2.2 of the attached Addendumis unchanged.

Vehicle Parking. So long as Lessee is not in default, and subject to the rules and regulations attached hereto, and as established by Lessor from time to time, Lessee shall be entitled to rent and use 15 Addend. 52 parking spaces in the Office Building Project at the monthly rate applicable from time to time for monthly parking as set by Lessor and/or its licensee. See paragraph 2.2 of the attached Addendum.

Vehicle Parking. So so long as Lessee is not in default, and subject to the rules and regulations attached hereto, and as established by Lessor from time to time, Lessee shall be entitled to rent and use 15 34 parking spaces in the Office Building Project at the monthly rate applicable from time to time for monthly parking as set by Lessor and/or its licensee. See paragraph 2.2 of the attached AddendumProject.

Vehicle Parking. So long as Lessee is not in default, and --------------- subject to the rules and regulations attached hereto, and as established by Lessor from time to time, Lessee shall be entitled to rent and use 15 50 parking spaces in the Office Building Project at the monthly rate applicable from time to time for monthly parking as set by Lessor and/or its licenseeProject. Vehicle Parking. So long as Lessee is not in default, default and subject to the rules and regulations attached hereto, and as established by Lessor from time to time, Lessee shall be entitled to rent and use 15 16 unreserved surface parking spaces in the Office Building Project at the monthly rate applicable from time to time for monthly parking as set by Lessor and/or its licensee. See paragraph 2.2 of the attached Addendum.

Vehicle Parking. So long as Lessee is not in default, and subject to the rules and regulations attached hereto, hereto and as established by Lessor from time to time, Lessee shall be entitled to rent and use 15 twenty-four (24) parking spaces in the Office Building Project at the monthly rate applicable from time to time for monthly parking as set by Lessor and/or its licenseeProject. See paragraph 2.2 Six (6) of the attached Addendumparking spaces located nearest the main entrance to the Building shall be designated for use solely by Lessee and its customers.
