Vehicle Movements. 3.1. When placing orders, the Client must ensure that full collection and delivery addresses are provided, to include accurate Business / customer names, premises, road names, district and town / city and postcodes. The make, model, colour and registration / chassis numbers of vehicles must be specified. For trailers and items of plant accurate weights and dimensions and details of lifting / towing eyes must be provided.

The glider operations vehicle will normally only operate on areas directly involved in glider operations. Vehicle Movements. 24. Apart from residents, many people have good reasons to visit premises within the Coombe Estate. They may be grouped in several categories. Many are specific to premises in institutional use or at least far more common in the case of such premises than in the case of premises in domestic use. No issue arises with respect to pedestrians. The dispute relates to people who come in vehicles.
Vehicle Movements. Stallholders must drive within the Street Party area at a safe speed that is no greater than 5km. Vehicles are not permitted to move within the Sunday Street Party area 30 minutes prior and 15 minutes after the Sunday Street Party advertised trading times. Stall Setup and Equipment Stallholders must provide their own covers and stall setup which must be good in presentation. Management do not provide any stall equipment, they only provide site area. All stall equipment including racks, tables, signage etc. must be contained to the stall site boundaries. Public access ways must be clear at all times. Tents, covers and all stall equipment must be erected securely and weighted or secured at all times regardless of the weather. All equipment must be in good repair and be operated in a safe manner. Food stalls It is the Stallholders responsibility to apply to the local Shire/council (Health and Environmental Services department) and obtain and pay any registration required. Stallholders must supply copies of registration with their local council and also the council in which they are trading, to Management. Food stallholders must comply with any local, state & federal health regulations and food acts. Stalls selling alcohol (unopened bottle only) must supply management copies of their liquor license prior to Sunday Street Party day.

Effective water sprays should be used to control potential dust emission sources such as unpaved haul roads and active construction areas. • Vehicles that have the potential to create dust while transporting materials should be covered, with the cover properly secured and extended over the edges of the side and tail boards; • Materials should be dampened, if necessary, before transportation. • Travelling speeds should be controlled to reduce traffic induced dust dispersion and re- suspension within the site from the operating haul trucks. • Wheel washing facilities should be provided and maintained at the exit of the site to minimise the quantity of material deposited on public roads.
Vehicle Movements. Only RCA Ops (Pac) vehicles are permitted on airside, and these shall be equipped with a rotating amber beacon and a VHF radio capable of transmitting and receiving on the appropriate frequencies.

Where agreed with the Authority by prior arrangement, all cooking should be powered by LPG. Where the Van is connected to the Authority's electricity supply the Licensee shall pay the proportionate cost of electrical supply indicated as having been used on the sub-meter installed on the Authority's premises.
