Vehicle Lease. All provisions of this contract are applicable to and extended to any Vehicle Lease that may be initiated between Contractor and Area Agency during the terms of this contract.
Vehicle Lease. While the Executive is employed by the Company, the Company will lease a BMW X5 or materially comparable automobile for the Executive, and the Company will pay for all ordinary insurance, use, repair and maintenance expenses with respect to such automobile. The Company shall gross up for tax purposes any deemed income arising pursuant to the payment or benefits provided under this Section 3(g), so that the economic benefit is the same to Executive as if such payment or benefits were provided on a non-taxable basis to Executive.
Vehicle Lease. The lease of each Vehicle, listed on this Schedule A shall constitute a separate and independent lease agreement subject to the terms and conditions contained in: (i) the TLSA; (ii) any amendments to the TLSA; (iii) this Schedule A; and (iv) any other written agreement between Ryder and you regarding that Vehicle. Any reference to the TLSA contained in any of the foregoing documents shall be deemed to refer to each and every Vehicle lease. Payments relating to an invoice for multiple Vehicles will be allocated on a pro-rata basis among the covered Vehicles. The terms of this Schedule A apply to all Vehicles listed on this Schedule A and are part of each respective Vehicle lease. If there is a conflict between the terms of this Schedule A and any other terms of the TLSA, then the terms of this Schedule A will apply.
Vehicle Lease. The Company will lease a vehicle, suitable to Employee's ------------- position, for the use of Employee during the term of his employment. Additionally, the Company will pay for the vehicle insurance(s), operating, maintenance expenses, plus any other vehicle cost(s) to Employee.
Vehicle Lease. Moorhead shall lease to Fargo for use of the MAT Paratransit program the appropriate number of vehicles.
Vehicle Lease. The Lessor, as owner of the Vehicle, hereby leases to the Lessee the Vehicle, together with all accessories, additions, repairs and replacement parts affixed to it, now or in the future. The Lessee acknowledges that the Vehicle was received by it in good condition and repair
Vehicle Lease. The Board shall pay $1,000 per month towards the annual cost of the President's lease of a vehicle for the President's use for authorized purposes. The Board shall be responsible for liability, property damage and comprehensive insurance, and all maintenance and operating expenses for the leased vehicle.
Vehicle Lease. With respect to the vehicle leased by the Company for use by Xx. Xxxxx, Xx. Xxxxx will have this option: (1) Xx. Xxxxx may purchase the vehicle pursuant to the terms and conditions contained in the lease; or (2) Xx. Xxxxx may agree, subject to the approval of the bank holding the lease, to assume lease payments from the Company. Xx. Xxxxx must choose one option within thirty (30) days of the Resignation Date. During such period Xx. Xxxxx will be the sole driver of the vehicle, except in cases of emergency. A violation of the foregoing will result in the vehicle immediately being returned to the Company.
Vehicle Lease. Seller's lease agreement with respect to a 1997 528i BMW automobile, such automobile, and the cash deposit held by the lessor in the amount of $600.00, shall be retained by Seller.
