Vehicle Inspections. Vehicle must be 10 years old or newer and/or pass a physical inspection by KOA staff. UTILITIES: Utilities (water, electricity, cable) are included with your monthly rental. Bi-weekly (typically Monday and Thursday) pumpouts of black and grey water tanks are also included. PARK RULES: The Campground Guidelines (policies and procedures) are made a part of the agreement. Guest(s) agree to comply with all rules and policies as stated in the written Campground Guidelines (attached). A maximum of one motorhome or tow vehicle for 5th Wheels/Trailers plus one other vehicle is allowed per site. Guest(s) are to park any additional vehicles in the overflow parking areas in Birch or next to the RV storage area south from Cedar. There is a $30 dollar per month per vehicle parking fee for autos beyond one. ENTRY UPON GUEST(S) SPACE: Ventura Ranch KOA has the right of entry upon the land on which the recreational vehicle is situated for maintenance of utilities or maintenance of the premises, also to the recreational vehicle without prior written consent of the occupant in case of an emergency or when the occupant has abandoned the recreational vehicle.
Vehicle Inspections. All vehicles will be subject to scheduled and unscheduled inspections by SEPTA and must maintain a semi-annual state Inspection sticker (including sedans if a part of fleet). SEPTA must inspect and approve any and all vehicles prior to being used in SEPTA service. SEPTA reserves the right to remove any vehicle from the Contractor’s service if it does not meet the requirements of this Section. Removing any vehicle from the Contractor service in no way whatsoever relieves the Contractor from their responsibility to deliver assigned service. This means that Contractors must properly manage their fleet maintenance and repair programs to ensure that they have enough vehicles available to provide service. If Contractors do not manage their fleet adequately, they will be contractually and financially responsible for securing additional vehicles necessary to meet the requirements of this Contract. It is the Contractor's responsibility to maintain and safely operate all vehicles providing transportation service under this Contract. In order to ensure that the vehicles are safe and properly maintained, SEPTA has the right to inspect such vehicles. Inspections and tests shall include, but not be limited to record keeping, the engine, transmission, interior, exterior, driver compartment, emergency equipment, brakes/air systems, hydraulic /vacuum systems and oil analysis as described in the RFP document and Scope of Services – Route Characteristic Summary. Vehicle Inspections. The Contractor shall permit inspection of any Vehicle in its possession pursuant to the terms of this Agreement by the owner, owner’s attorney or insurance representative, or any other party bearing authorization for inspection issued by the City. Such inspection must be permitted during normal business hours and any additional time during with the Contractor may allow such inspections.
Vehicle Inspections. Paratransit vehicles shall be inspected by Fargo and Moorhead representatives prior to being placed into service. Vehicles that fail an inspection will not be placed into service until the reason for failure is corrected. Moorhead reserves the right to ensure that vehicles are being maintained properly and are in safe operating condition, and Moorhead is authorized to inspect vehicles at any time. Fargo shall keep accurate records concerning inspections performed on MAT Paratransit vehicles.
Vehicle Inspections. Participant must submit for inspection at TLC’s Safety and Emissions facility each vehicle in which Participant has installed its approved ATS and/or GPS Meter. Each Taxicab inspection must occur prior to operating the vehicle as a Taxicab. Following the initial inspections, each vehicle must return to the TLC’s Safety and Emissions facility for re-inspection once every four months. Participant may also, in the TLC’s discretion, be required to present vehicles for inspection upon demand, separate and apart from the inspection and re-inspection schedule set forth above. Nothing herein has any effect upon Vehicle Inspections required elsewhere in the TLC Rules.

Vehicle Inspections. For commercial vehicles requiring safety inspections, the applicable Owner Operator will be paid $500, twice per year, upon providing the proof of said inspection. In the absence of Carrier approval or the termination of the Plan, the Company will continue to pay Owner Operators currently receiving premium contributions paid by the Company, the equivalent dollar amount for the term of the Collective Agreement. Effective May 2, 2019, the Company agrees that the existing Health Plan will be opened and offered to all Owner Operators and Employees. Letter of Understanding #4 – Owner Operator Communication‌ The Company agrees to improve its communication to Owner Operators on late aircrafts and Linehauls to reduce waiting time. Letter of Understanding #5 – Job Descriptions‌ The parties agree to work on job descriptions during the life of this collective agreement.
