Common use of Vehicle Identification Clause in Contracts

Vehicle Identification. Contractor's name, local telephone number, and a unique identification number for each vehicle used to provide services under this Agreement, shall be prominently displayed on all vehicles, in letters and numbers that are a minimum of three (3) inches high. All vehicles shall be uniformly painted. Contractor shall not place the County's logo on its vehicles.
