Vehicle Hire. 8.1 If the equipment being hired is a vehicle (as defined in the Land Transport Act 1998), then notwithstanding any other provision in the Contract including these Conditions, the Hirer shall:
Vehicle Hire. 2.1 The Lessor shall hire the Vehicle to the Lessee subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Vehicle Hire. We will pay up to £50 per day including VAT for a maximum of 7 days. Vehicle hire is only available when the Autodata recommended repair time exceeds 8 hours. You will be reimbursed on receipt of a bonafide car rental agreement. The period of hire does not include delays while awaiting the start of maintenance or repairs or delivery of parts.
Vehicle Hire. 3.1 The hiring of the Vehicle will commence on the Delivery Date. Delivery will be confirmed by the Delivery Receipt and/or a Vehicle Delivery Information Form and this will be conclusive evidence of receipt of the Vehicle by the Customer including spare wheel and locking wheel nut key (if either are supplied), tools, handbook, two sets of vehicle keys, charging cable and agreed accessories (if either are supplied) and that the Vehicle has been received in good order and condition. If there are any issues with the Delivery and/or the Vehicle, the Customer must notify the Supplier within two (2) Working Days.
Vehicle Hire. 68. The lessor shall hire the vehicle to the hirer subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement.

(SSH Selfdrive), Thrifty Car and Van Rental (part of the Xxxx Group), U-Drive Limited, Wessex Fleet Solutions, Lot 2 Car Club Co-Wheels Car Club, Enterprise Rent-a-Car UK Ltd., Europcar Group UK Ltd, Zipcar (UK) Ltd., Lot 3 Leasing Day's Rental (Car Hire (Days of Swansea) Ltd.), SG Fleet UK Ltd, SHB Hire Ltd, U-Drive Limited, Wessex Fleet Solutions, SUSTAINABILITY NWUPC has a strong commitment to sustainability in all our tenders and agreements. The Consortium is signed up to the Net Positive Futures Supplier Engagement Tool. This approach to sustainability does the following:

Vehicle Hire. 4.1. Our Vehicles may only be used and driven by Customers. You may therefore not lend the Vehicle to anyone or let someone else drive it.
