Vehicle Accidents. Renters will notify Contractor of all accidents involving any rental vehicle in the Renters’ possession and will provide information and documentation concerning the accident, as requested by Contractor. Renters will reasonably cooperate with Contractor in the investigation of accident claims and demands and in the recovery of damages from liable third persons.
