Vegetation Management. The supplier shall ensure: • That all indigenous and protected trees (in terms of national and provincial legislation) are not cut, trimmed or disturbed without a permit obtained from the relevant authorities (acquired from Eskom Environmental Management Section). • That permits be available on site where such trees are cut. • That the owner is consulted, and his/her consent being obtained, prior to the cutting of any trees.

Vegetation Management. Goal E7: Where economically feasible, gradually work toward eliminating invasive and managing nuisance species, increasing biological diversity, and increasing public safety by reducing fire load and eliminating large predator habitat. Strategy E7-1: Develop and adopt by ordinance a vegetation management program that addresses public information, invasive species eradication, vegetation thinning practices, and metrics of success. Strategy E7-2: Encourage owners of property with Scotch broom and/or gorse and/or other noxious vegetation or other invasive species to eradicate same.

Vegetation Management. Grantor reserves the right to plant, prune, trim, cut, mow, or otherwise manage grass, trees and shrub vegetation to enhance wildlife habitat, recreational opportunities, or improve safety or access to portions of the Property in a manner which is consistent with protection and preservation of the Conservation Values.

Vegetation Management. Licensee shall be responsible for all tree trimming and other vegetation management necessary for the safe and reliable installation, use, and maintenance of its Wireless Attachments and to avoid stress on Poles caused by contact between tree limbs and Licensee’s Attachments. If Licensee’s personnel or tree trimming contractor fails to adhere to and comply with applicable Laws and Engineering Standards, Licensee will be required to remedy any and all out-of-compliance tree trimming or other vegetation management work. If Licensee fails to carry out the remedy within 30 days after receiving notice of such failure, then Utility may perform the work using its own personnel or a contractor. Licensee shall be responsible for paying Utility for 110% of the costs Utility incurs in taking action under this provision.
Vegetation Management. ‌ All vegetation management in connection with the initial placement of wires or other Attachment shall be undertaken entirely by the Party placing the wires or other Attachment at such Party’s sole risk and expense. Unless agreed to otherwise, each Party shall be responsible for any and all vegetation management related to the wires or Attachment it owns. If Licensee fails to fulfill its obligations of this section, Rocky Mountain Power shall provide written notice to Licensee that if the issue is not resolved within thirty (30) days, Rocky Mountain Power shall perform the required remedy at Licensee’s sole risk and expense.
Vegetation Management. The City agrees to allow vegetation management, with City oversight, in Tract A, Tract D, Tract J, Tract K, Tract O and Tract Q for trimming of tree branches to create and maintain view corridors, subject to protection of slope stability and tree health. A Vegetation Management Plan will be recorded with the applicable final unit lot subdivision for on-going management.
