  • Job Control Personal Data being processed on commission (i.e., Personal Data processed on a customer’s behalf) is processed solely in accordance with the Agreement and related instructions of the customer.   • Traffic Control The Surveyor shall control traffic in and near surveying operations adequately to comply with provisions of the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI which can be found on the State’s internet site. In the event field crew personnel must divert traffic or close traveled lanes, a Traffic Control Plan based upon principles outlined in the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI shall be prepared by the Surveyor and approved by the State prior to commencement of field work. A copy of the approved plan shall be in the possession of field crew personnel on the job site at all times and shall be made available to the State’s personnel for inspection upon request.

  • Noise Control The use of sound equipment is prohibited unless approved by Management. Any electronic equipment or machinery which is determined to be distracting to other exhibits will not be permitted.

  • Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Capability The wind plant shall provide SCADA capability to transmit data and receive instructions from the ISO and/or the Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected, as applicable, to protect system reliability. The Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected and the wind plant Developer shall determine what SCADA information is essential for the proposed wind plant, taking into account the size of the plant and its characteristics, location, and importance in maintaining generation resource adequacy and transmission system reliability in its area.

  • Budget Control Records of expenditures must be maintained for each Award by the cost categories of the approved Budget (including indirect costs that are charged to the Award), and actual expenditures are to be compared with Budgeted amounts at least quarterly.

  • Data Input Control It will be possible to retrospectively examine and establish whether and by whom Personal Data have been entered, modified or removed from SAP data processing systems. Measures: • SAP only allows authorized personnel to access Personal Data as required in the course of their duty. • SAP has implemented a logging system for input, modification and deletion, or blocking of Personal Data by SAP or its subprocessors within the Cloud Service to the extent technically possible.

  • Infection Control Consistent with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Guideline for Infection Control in Health Care Personnel, and University Policy 3364-109-EH-603, the parties agree that all bargaining unit employees who come in contact with patients in the hospital or ambulatory care clinics will need to be vaccinated against influenza when flu season begins each fall. The influenza vaccine will be offered to all health care workers, including pregnant women, before the influenza season, unless otherwise medically contraindicated or it compromises sincerely held religious beliefs.

  • Erosion Control a. The Purchaser shall construct slash and debris erosion barriers, dips, water bars or ditches in skid trails and landings as directed by the Forest Officer.

  • Fire Control Purchaser shall, both independ- ently and in cooperation with Forest Service, take all rea- sonable and practicable action to prevent and suppress fires resulting from Purchaser’s Operations and to sup- press any forest fire on Sale Area. Purchaser’s independ- ent initial fire suppression action on such fires shall be immediate and shall include the use of all necessary per- sonnel and equipment at Purchaser’s disposal on Sale Area or within the distance of Sale Area stated in A13. B7.31 Purchaser’s Reinforcement Obligations. Whenever an Operations Fire or Negligent Fire, whether on or off Sale Area, or any other forest fire on Sale Area, has not been suppressed by initial action and appreciable reinforcement strength is required, Forest Service may require further actions by Purchaser until such fire is con- trolled and mopped up to a point of safety. Such actions may include any or all of the following as necessary to fight such fire: B7.311 Suspend Operations. To suspend any or all of Purchaser’s Operations. B7.312 Personnel. To release for employ- ment by Forest Service any or all of Purchaser’s person- nel engaged in Purchaser’s Operations or timber process- ing within the distance of Sale Area stated in A13. Any organized crew so hired shall include Purchaser’s super- visor, if any. Personnel so employed shall be paid at For- est Service standard emergency fire fighting rates. B7.313 Equipment. To make available for Forest Service rental at fire fighting equipment rates common in the area or at prior agreed rates any or all of Purchaser’s equipment suitable for fire fighting and cur- rently engaged in Purchaser’s Operations within the dis- tance of Sale Area stated in A13. Equipment shall be op- erated only by personnel approved by Purchaser, if so requested by Purchaser.
