VAT credit note to be issued on repayment Where under this contract any rebate or repayment of any amount is payable by one party to the other, and the first party is entitled as a matter of law or of HM Revenue and Customs practice to issue a valid VAT credit note, such rebate or repayment shall be paid together with an amount representing the VAT paid on that part of the consideration in respect of which the rebate or repayment is made, and the first party shall issue an appropriate VAT credit note to the other party.

  • Credit Limit 1. The Allocation Platform shall calculate and continuously update the Credit Limit of each Registered Participant in respect of each subsequent Auction. The Credit Limit shall be equal to the amount of the collaterals in place minus any outstanding payment obligations. In case of a Bank Guarantee such Bank Guarantee shall be only considered if the requirements in Article 20 related to its validity for the respective Auction are fulfilled. The Allocation Platform shall make this information available to each Registered Participant individually through the Auction Tool.

  • Conversion to Single Currency 31.1 For evaluation and comparison purposes, the currency(ies) of the Tender shall be converted in a single currency as specified in the TDS.
