VARIOUS PROVISIONS. Section 1 Bulletin Boards. Seven (7) lockable bulletin boards (xxxxxxxxx, fabrication, hides, ground beef, cafeteria, shipping, Xxxxx) shall be made available at the plant at all times for the use of the Union. Notices may be posted on such bulletin boards for matters such as Union meetings, social affairs, Union elections, and other internal Union affairs. All such notices listed above must be signed by an officer of the Union and/or a Business Agent of the Union. The Company will provide a portion of each bulletin board mentioned above for the Union's use. The Union agrees that it will not post any notice which in the sole judgment of the Company contains defamatory materials, anything critical of the Company or anything that appears to be a personal attack on any employee of the Company.
VARIOUS PROVISIONS. This Agreement is executed pursuant to authority of Debtor’s Board of Directors. Except where the context otherwise requires, “Debtor” and “Secured Party” include the successors and permitted assigns of those Parties; nothing herein shall authorize Debtor to assign this Agreement or its rights in and to the Collateral. If more than one debtor executes this Agreement, their obligations under this Agreement shall be joint and several.

If the participant does not follow the regulations, provisions or directions given or given by EUROSPOOR, respectively, the latter is entitled to take the necessary measures at the expense and risk of the participant, in which the aforementioned regulations are complied with, provision ¬ or directions.

Smart2Pay renders the Smart2Pay Services under the Agreement as an independent Party and is not authorised to act as an agent or representative of the Merchant (except for the authorisation to provide invoicing and/or collection of Smart2Pay Payments on behalf of the Merchant as provided herein). The Agreement does not create a legal partnership or joint venture.

The contract is cancelled of right from the sending of the form or notice. If the consumer cancels the contract before the merchant has begun the performance of his principal obligation, the cancellation is effected without cost or penalty to the consumer. If the consumer cancels the contract after the merchant has begun the performance of his principal obligation, the only sums that the merchant may exact from him are:
VARIOUS PROVISIONS. 110. The Parties: (i) acknowledge their intention to conclude the Settlement; and (ii) agree to collaborate to the extent necessary to carry out and implement all the terms and conditions of the Settlement and to make every effort to complete them.
VARIOUS PROVISIONS. This agreement is explicitly and decisively concluded on an intuitu personae basis. It cannot be assigned in any form to a third party without the other Party’s prior and written consent. Failing a response from the notified Party within a period of one month as from the date of notification, said party shall be considered to have refused the assignment. This agreement, including its preamble and annexes, constitutes the entirety of the agreement between the Parties. It cancels and replaces all prior written or verbal documents and commitments. This agreement may only be modified by written amendment signed by each of the Parties.
