Common use of Variation Clause in Contracts

Variation. 16. (1) The parties to this Agreement may from time to time, by agreement in writing, add to, substitute for, cancel or vary all or any of the provisions of this Agreement or of any lease, licence, easement, grant or other title granted under or pursuant to this Agreement for the purpose of more efficiently or satisfactorily implementing or facilitating any of the subject matter of this Agreement.

Variation. 1631. (1) The parties to this Agreement may from time to time, time by agreement in writing, writing add to, to substitute for, for cancel or vary all or any of the provisions of this Agreement or of any lease, licence, easement, lease licence easement grant or other title granted under or pursuant to this Agreement for the purpose of more efficiently or satisfactorily implementing or facilitating any of the subject matter objects of this Agreement.
