Variation of these Terms. 16.1 Subject to the variations or amendments provided for in terms of paragraph 16.2, no other variation or amendment, in any form whatsoever, of these Terms will be enforceable or binding on us unless we have agreed to such variation or amendment in writing.   • Variation of these clauses The parties may not modify these clauses except to update any information in Annex B, in which case they will inform the authority where required. This does not preclude the parties from adding additional commercial clauses where required.
