Variation of Contract. 4.1 Without prejudice to any other clause in this Contract, no omission from, addition to or variation of this Contract shall be valid or of any effect unless it is agreed in writing and signed by the Supervising Officer and by a duly authorised representative of the Service Provider.

Where a Provider wants to apply for a Contract for additional settings it may do so at the next available opportunity.
