Variation by agreement. Subject to subclauses 20.1 and 20.2 hereof, the method of working shifts may in any case be varied by agreement between the Employer and the majority of the Employees concerned. The time of commencing and finishing shifts, once having been determined, may be varied by agreement between the Employer and the majority of Employees concerned to suit the circumstances of the establishment or in the absence of agreement by 7 days' notice of alteration given by the Employer to the Employees.
Variation by agreement. 68.5.1 The method of working shifts may in any case be varied by agreement between the agency and the majority of employees in the agency or work section of sections concerned.
Variation by agreement. The provisions of Chapter 10 (§ 55.1-1000 et seq.) of Title 55.1 of the Code of Virginia may not be varied by agreement, and rights conferred by this chapter may not be waived. The seller may not require the use of a particular settlement agent as a condition of the sale of the property.
