Before November 15th of each year, the Company will ascertain the wishes of the Employees regarding scheduling of Christmas and New Year's holidays. An Employee shall be scheduled off either on Christmas Day or on New Year's Day based on seniority and the Employee shall not be scheduled to work past hours on the eve of the holiday which receives off. In the case of an emergency, an Employee may be required to perform work on both holidays. The Christmas and New Yew's holiday schedule shall be posted not later than the 30th day of November.
