Value of Materials. 1. The value of a material: (a) shall be the transaction value of the material; or (b) in the event that there is no transaction value or the transaction value of the material is unacceptable under Article 1 of the CustomsValuation Code, shall be determined in accordancewith Articles 2 through 7 of the CustomsValuation Code. 2.
