VALUATION OF INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTS. A. Where all or a portion of the assets of a Participant's Individual Account are invested in a Separate Fund for the Participant, then the value of that portion of such Participant's Individual Account at any relevant time equals the sum of the fair market values of the assets in such Separate Fund, less any applicable charges or penalties.

VALUATION OF INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTS. The value of a Participant's Individual Account on any date can be determined by multiplying the total number of accumulation units credited to the Account for each investment medium, General Account or Separate Account(s), by the current accumulation unit value for that medium.

  • Individual Accounts The Advisory Committee will maintain, or direct the Trustee to maintain, a separate Account, or multiple Accounts, in the name of each Participant to reflect the Participant's Accrued Benefit under the Plan. If a Participant re-enters the Plan subsequent to his having a Forfeiture Break in Service, the Advisory Committee, or the Trustee, must maintain a separate Account for the Participant's pre-Forfeiture Break in Service Accrued Benefit and a separate Account for his post-Forfeiture Break in Service Accrued Benefit, unless the Participant's entire Accrued Benefit under the Plan is 100% Nonforfeitable. The Advisory Committee will make its allocations, or request the Trustee to make its allocations, to the Accounts of the Participants in accordance with the provisions of Section 9.11. The Advisory Committee may direct the Trustee to maintain a temporary segregated investment Account in the name of a Participant to prevent a distortion of income, gain or loss allocations under Section 9.11. The Advisory Committee must maintain records of its activities.

  • Deferred Compensation Account All Participant Deferral Credits and Employer Credits shall be credited to the Deferred Compensation Account of the Participant as provided in Section 8.

  • Deferral Account 3.1 Establishing and Crediting. The Company shall establish a Deferral Account on its books for the Director, and shall credit to the Deferral Account the following amounts:

  • Separate Accounts If the Fund has more than one series or portfolio, the Bank will segregate the assets of each series or portfolio to which this Agreement relates into a separate account for each such series or portfolio containing the assets of such series or portfolio (and all investment earnings thereon).   • Adjustments to Capital Accounts At the end of each Fiscal Period, the Capital Accounts of the Partners shall be adjusted in the following manner:

  • Retirement Accounts With respect to certain retirement plans or accounts (such as individual retirement accounts (“IRAs”), SIMPLE IRAs, SEP IRAs, Xxxx IRAs, Education IRAs, and 403(b) Plans (such accounts, “Retirement Accounts”), the Transfer Agent, at the request and expense of the Fund, provide or arrange for the provision of various services to such plans and/or accounts, which services may include custodial agent services such as account set-up maintenance, and disbursements as well as such other services as the parties hereto shall mutually agree upon.

  • Cash Accounts The Custodian will open and maintain in the name of the Client one or more cash deposit accounts (each a “Cash Account”) in such currencies as may be required in connection with the investment activity of the Client.

  • Benefit of Accounts; Deposits and Withdrawals The Bank Accounts and all cash, money, securities, investments, financial assets and other property deposited in or credited to them will be held by the Indenture Trustee as secured party for the benefit of the Secured Parties and, after payment in full of the Notes and the release of the Bank Accounts from the Lien of the Indenture, as agent of the Issuer and as part of the Trust Property. All deposits to and withdrawals from the Bank Accounts will be made according to the Transaction Documents.

  • SUBACCOUNTS The Separate Account is divided into Subaccounts which invest in shares of mutual funds. Each Subaccount may invest its assets in a separate class or series of a designated mutual fund or funds. The Subaccounts are shown on page 3. Subject to the regulatory requirements then in force, SBL reserves the right to:

  • Establishment of Segregated Account Upon receipt of Proper Instructions, the Custodian shall establish and maintain on its books a segregated account or accounts for and on behalf of a Portfolio, into which account or accounts may be transferred cash and/or securities or other assets of such Portfolio, including securities maintained by the Custodian in a Securities System pursuant to Section 2.22(a) hereof or an Eligible Securities Depository pursuant to Section 2.22(b) hereof, said account or accounts to be maintained: (a) for the purposes set forth in Sections 2.09, 2.10 and 2.11 hereof; (b) for the purposes of compliance by the Portfolio with the procedures required by Investment Company Act Release No. 10666, or any subsequent release or releases of the SEC or SEC rules or regulations relating to the maintenance of segregated accounts by registered investment companies; or (c) for such other purposes as set forth, from time to time, in Special Instructions.
