VALIDITY PERIOD OF THE CARD. The period of validity of the Card is limited in time. The expiration date is written on the Card. On the expiration date of the Card, and provided that neither Party requests the termination of the Contract or the deactivation of the Card, the Card is automatically renewed. The Issuer will send the new Card to the Customer's business address. In the event of termination of this Framework Contract or deactivation of the Card, the Cardholder undertakes to give the Card to the Customer, who will return it to the Issuer or destroy it as soon as possible.

VALIDITY PERIOD OF THE CARD. This Agreement will become effective when your application is approved by Paynetics. This Agreement will remain valid until it is terminated in accordance with its terms. This Agreement can be terminated by you: notifying Paynetics you do not accept changes to this Agreement in accordance with clause 16.3; providing Paynetics a written request for termination of this Agreement at any time. If this Agreement is terminated for any reason, your and the Cardholders’ right to use the Account and Card will be terminated, your Account will be closed and Card will be deactivated. All fees and other amounts due to Paynetics under the Agreement, if any, will become payable on termination. You can request the return of any remaining funds on your Account in accordance with clause 18. You will be responsible for all payments performed prior to termination of this Agreement, their resulting liabilities and any other obligations relating to the use and servicing of the Account or Card prior to such termination.

  • TERM OF THE CONTRACT A. This Contract has an initial term of one (1) year and a bilateral option provision for three (3) additional terms. The total term of the Contract cannot exceed four (4) years. An extension may be offered beyond the original four-year term if Sourcewell deems such action to be in the best interests of Sourcewell and its Members. The Contractor may withdraw from the Contract on each anniversary of the award, provided that the Contractor gives 60 Days written notice of its intent to withdraw. Sourcewell may, for any reason, terminate this Contract at any time.

  • Union Activity During Working Hours The Employer and the Union recognize that union representatives and stewards play an important role in effectuating the terms of this Agreement; however, both parties acknowledge that the duties undertaken as a union representative or xxxxxxx are in addition to the their job assignments. The Union shall notify the Department of Budget and Management in writing of the names of designated stewards and union representatives prior to them assuming any duties.   • Cost of the Work § 6.1 For purposes of this Agreement, the Cost of the Work shall be the total cost to the Owner to construct all elements of the Project designed or specified by the Architect and shall include contractors’ general conditions costs, overhead and profit. The Cost of the Work also includes the reasonable value of labor, materials, and equipment, donated to, or otherwise furnished by, the Owner. The Cost of the Work does not include the compensation of the Architect; the costs of the land, rights-of-way, financing, or contingencies for changes in the Work; or other costs that are the responsibility of the Owner.
