Validity of Test Results. UL Contracting Party’s EEC Services, test results, and report apply only to the sample(s) actually acquired and assessed by UL Contracting Party. The results outlined in the Test Report represent a “snapshot” of each sampled product’s compliance with the program(s) indicated in the Quote. UL Contracting Party makes no representation that the reported test results are representative of the entire population of product at the time the sample(s) were obtained by UL Contracting Party.

Validity of Test Results. The results of the test report represent a “snapshot” of the presence of Specified Contaminants in the water sample selected for testing. UL Contracting Party makes no representation that the reported test results are representative of the entire volume of water contained in the Water Source at the time the test samples were taken or the water contained in the Water Source at any time before or after the samples were selected.

  • Site Investigation Developer has made a careful investigation of the Site and is familiar with the requirements of the Contract Documents and has accepted the readily observable, existing conditions of the Site.

  • Final Reports Within ninety (90) days of receipt of the Required Documents, the Asset Representations Reviewer shall publish its findings to the Sponsor and the Indenture Trustee. The Asset Representations Reviewer shall provide the Sponsor and the Indenture Trustee with the following reports as a result of the Asset Representations Review (collectively, the “Final Reports”):

  • Geotechnical Investigation Perform in accordance with the City Design Manual and other City requirements as designated in writing by the Director.

  • Statistical Sampling Documentation a. A copy of the printout of the random numbers generated by the “Random Numbers” function of the statistical sampling software used by the IRO.

  • Scale Reports Forest Service shall pro- vide Purchaser a copy of Forest Service scaler’s record, if requested in writing.

  • Progress Reports and Information When required, the Contractor shall submit to the Owner such schedule of quantities and costs, payrolls, bills, vouchers, correct copies of all subcontracts, statements, reports, correct copies of all agreements, correspondence, and written transactions with the surety on the performance bond that have any relevance to the Work, estimates, records, and other data as the Owner may request that concerns the Work performed or to be performed under this Contract. When requested by the Owner, the Contractor shall give the Owner access to its records relating to the foregoing. (See also Article 1.2.3, Audits.) The above reports shall include, but are not limited to, (a) written notice of dates by which specified Work will have been completed, (b) written notice of dates by which Non-Compliant Work will be made good, (c) written notice that Non-Compliant Work has been made good, (d) written notice as to the date or dates by which Work that has not been performed with equal steps and at the same rate required by the Overall Project Schedule shall have been brought into conformity with the Overall Project Schedule, (e) date by which any undisputed claim of a Subcontractor, Supplier, or laborer shall have been paid, (f) written advice regarding the nature and amount of any disputed claim of a Subcontractor, Supplier, or laborer, and (g) information regarding Work performed under Change Orders.

  • Technical Reports deliver to the Agent, and shall procure that the Manager shall deliver to the Agent, on request copies of the latest complete technical reports in respect of the Vessels.
