Common use of Validity and Enforceability Clause in Contracts

Validity and Enforceability. This Agreement constitutes, and each of the other Borrower Instruments will constitute at the respective time of delivery of each thereof, the legal, valid, and binding agreement of the Borrower, enforceable against the Borrower in accordance with their respective terms.
