Vaccines and Immunizations. Vaccines and Immunizations, primarily identified as CPT- 4/HCPCS Codes 90500 through 90799, will be reimbursed at AWP-5%. Group will bill the applicable CPT-4/HCPCS Code(s) and the appropriate administration code based on the package insert(s) of product tied to the code. If Group obtains the vaccine/immunization from a source that is contracted with The Plan to provide vaccines/immunizations to Participating Providers, Group will be eligible to bill the administration code only.

Vaccines and Immunizations. Covered vaccines and immunizations include, but are not limited to recommendations by the Minnesota Department of Health.
Vaccines and Immunizations. The Employer shall provide vaccines and immunizations against communicable diseases as recommended by the Hospital's Infection Control Committee. If the employee does not complete the series repetition per Hospital policy, re-immunizations will be at the employee's expense unless extenuating circumstances exist.

  • Immunizations (except for those preventive immunizations for routine use in children, adolescents, and adults that have in effect a recommendation from the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention);

  • Vaccinations Contractor understands, acknowledges, and agrees that, pursuant to Article II of the General Appropriations Act, none of the General Revenue Funds appropriated to the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) may be used for the purpose of promoting or advertising COVID-19 vaccinations in the 2024-25 biennium. It is also the intent of the legislature that to the extent allowed by federal law, any federal funds allocated to DSHS shall be expended for activities other than promoting or advertising COVID-19 vaccinations. Contractor represents and warrants that it is not ineligible, nor will it be ineligible during the term of this Contract, to receive appropriated funding pursuant to Article II.

  • Immunization B11.01 The Employer shall provide the employee with immunization against communicable diseases where there is a risk of incurring such diseases in the performance of his duties.

  • Trials The Ship shall run the following test and trials:

  • Vaccination and Inoculation (a) The Employer agrees to take all reasonable precautions, including in-service seminars, to limit the spread of infectious diseases among employees.

  • Tests, Labs, and Imaging and X rays (diagnostic) This plan covers diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging and x-rays to diagnose or treat a condition when ordered by a physician. Major Diagnostic Imaging and Tests Major diagnostic imaging and tests include but are not limited to: • magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), • magnetic resonance angiography (MRA), • computerized axial tomography (CAT or CT scans), • nuclear scans, • positron emission tomography (PET scan), and • cardiac imaging. Preauthorization may be required for major diagnostic imaging and tests. This plan covers MRI examinations when the quality assurance standards of R.I. General Law §27-20-41 are met. MRI examinations conducted outside of the State of Rhode Island must be performed in accordance with the applicable laws of the state in which the examination has been conducted. Diagnostic Imaging and X-rays (other than the imaging services noted above) Diagnostic imaging and x-rays include but are not limited to: • general imaging (such as x-rays and ultrasounds), and • mammograms.

  • Medications Psychotropic medications and medications associated with treating a diagnosed mental health condition.

  • Clinical 2.1 Provides comprehensive evidence based nursing care to patients including assessment, intervention and evaluation.

  • Studies The clinical, pre-clinical and other studies and tests conducted by or on behalf of or sponsored by the Company or its subsidiaries that are described or referred to in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus were and, if still pending, are being conducted in accordance in all material respects with all statutes, laws, rules and regulations, as applicable (including, without limitation, those administered by the FDA or by any foreign, federal, state or local governmental or regulatory authority performing functions similar to those performed by the FDA). The descriptions of the results of such studies and tests that are described or referred to in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus are accurate and complete in all material respects and fairly present the published data derived from such studies and tests, and each of the Company and its subsidiaries has no knowledge of other studies or tests the results of which are materially inconsistent with or otherwise call into question the results described or referred to in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus. Except as described in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, neither the Company nor its subsidiaries has received any notices or other correspondence from the FDA or any other foreign, federal, state or local governmental or regulatory authority performing functions similar to those performed by the FDA with respect to any ongoing clinical or pre-clinical studies or tests requiring the termination or suspension of such studies or tests. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company makes no representation or warranty that the results of any studies, tests or preclinical or clinical trials conducted by or on behalf of the Company will be sufficient to obtain governmental approval from the FDA or any foreign, state or local governmental body exercising comparable authority.

  • Study An application for leave of absence for professional study must be supported by a written statement indicating what study or research is to be undertaken, or, if applicable, what subjects are to be studied and at what institutions.
