Vacations Non-Accumulative. (a) An employee may carry over up to five daysvacation leave per vacation year except that such vacation carryover shall not exceed 10 days at any time. In order to ensure this outcome, the Employer reserves the right to schedule vacation during the last three (3) months of an employee’s vacation year, if the employee has not mutually arranged his/her vacation prior to that time.
