VACATIONS AND VACATION PAY. 9.01 Employees who have completed one (1) year of service with the Employer shall receive three (3) weeks vacation with pay equal to six (6) percent of their annual gross earnings. A minimum of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) of vacation pay will be held by the company and paid out to the employee at the time of the employees main scheduled vacation.

Where the employee has completed twenty thousand (20,000) hours worked, they shall be entitled to six an additional two percent (62%) percent of their annual gross earnings. A minimum total wages and a total of one thousand dollars four ($1,000.004) of weeks’ vacation pay will be held by the company and paid out to the employee at the time of the employees main scheduled vacationtime.
