Vacations and Public Holidays. 26.01 All wage rates set out in Schedule “A” include statutory holiday pay and 6% vacation pay. The parties agree that inclusion of statutory holiday pay and vacation pay in the wage rates provides an employee with a greater contractual or statutory right in accordance with the Employment Standards Act, 2000, S.O. 2000, s. 5 (the “ESA”).
