Vacations and Public Holidays. 26.01 All wage rates set out in Schedule “A” include statutory holiday pay and 6% vacation pay. The parties agree that inclusion of statutory holiday pay and vacation pay in the wage rates provides an employee with a greater contractual or statutory right in accordance with the Employment Standards Act, 2000, S.O. 2000, s. 5 (the “ESA”).

Vacations and Public Holidays. 9.01 All employees who are covered under this Agreement shall receive vacation and holiday pay as a percent of the employee's total earnings exclusive of the Employer's contribution to the Union's Pension, Health Benefit Plan, Education and Assistance Fund and Industry Fund. For tax purposes, vacation pay shall be taxed over the period of time during which it was earned.

Vacations and Public Holidays. The provisions of Clause 11 are to be read in conjunction with Schedule “BB”. In the event of a conflict between Clause 11 and Schedule BB, the latter shall prevail. If there is a dispute regarding the interpretation or application of Clause 11, it shall be resolved according to Clause 25 of Schedule “BB”.
