Common use of Vacations and Holidays Clause in Contracts

Vacations and Holidays. During the term of this agreement, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacations and holidays in accordance with the policies of the Companies in effect from time to time for their respective senior executive officers, but in no event shall the Executive be entitled to less than four (4) weeks of vacation during each calendar year.
