Vacation Time Off. An Employee shall be entitled to receive at least two (2) weeks of vacation as an unbroken period, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon between the Employee and the Employer.
Vacation Time Off. Resource nurses will be permitted a personal leave of up to two (2) four-week schedule periods each year to accommodate time off for vacation needs. These two periods shall be separated by at least three (3) months, unless otherwise approved by management in its sole discretion, but shall not be unreasonably denied.
Vacation Time Off. Postdoctoral Scholars will receive twenty-one (21) days of paid vacation time off at the beginning of the month following the start of each one (1) year appointment period. For appointment periods of less than one (1) year, Postdoctoral Scholars will receive the prorated number of paid vacation days. Unused vacation time off shall lapse twelve (12) months from the date it was received and at the expiration of each appointment period. Unused vacation time off is not paid at separation, does not transfer between employment programs and is not eligible for shared leave donation.

Vacation Time Off. (a)--The Company recognizes the desirability of providing time off for vacation purposes and will implement Section (45)(b) providing for the employment of vacation replacements for 120 days in an attempt to provide additional vacation time off during the summer months. It also recognizes that the preferences of individual employees and variances in operating conditions, such as model change, the need for particular skills, etc., will affect the scheduling of vacations.
Vacation Time Off. Executive's vacation/time off benefits shall accrue in accordance with the Bank's vacation/time off policy.
