Vacation Time Earned. Employees will earn annual paid vacation time according to the following schedule: 0-1 year 1 day/month 1-5 years 12 days 6-10 years 18 days 11-15 years 20 days 16-20 years 26 days For the purpose of computing overtime pay, earned vacation days taken during the pay period will be considered as days actually worked. Overtime during this pay period must be approved by the Department Head in advance.

Vacation Time Earned. Eighty (80) hours of vacation time earned in the first year of continuous service shall be taken during the second year of service, unless forty (40) or more hours of such vacation was already utilized during the first year as described in Section 12.3 below. Similarly, eighty (80) or more hours of vacation time earned in the second year of service shall be taken in the third year of service and so forth. After the completion of six (6) years of continuous service, one hundred twenty (120) hours of vacation time is earned to be taken during the seventh year of service.

  • Vacation Time After the Trial Period is complete, the Employee is entitled to days off per year of which is required to be mutually benefiting of the Employer and the Employee.   • Prime Time Vacation Period Subject to the provisions of this article, it is the intent of the parties that no employee will be restricted in the time of year they choose to take their vacation. The Employer will make every effort to allow employees to take their vacation during the period of April 15th to October 15th inclusive, which will be defined as the prime time vacation period.

  • Vacation Period ‌ The choice of vacation periods shall be granted to employees on the basis of seniority with the Employer except where the period requested would be detrimental to the operation of the Employer.
