Vacation Time Accrual. Vacation Time accrual is based on paid hours and any overstaff hours. Hours paid in excess of eighty (80) per pay period will not accrue Vacation Time. Vacation Time Accrual. Note: for the purposes of calculating accrual of time:

PPTEs will be considered to have accrued “overtime” for the purposes of mandatory overtime order-in’s any time they exceed ten hours in a day or twenty four hours in a week.

Vacation Time Accrual. On the employee’s first anniversary date, and every anniversary thereafter, the employee shall earn vacation hours to use in the upcoming year. Vacation time is based on the average number of hours worked during the previous anniversary year (excluding overtime hours, up to a maximum of 40 hours per week) and years of service with the company. Any vacation carried over will be paid at the wage rate in effect at the time the vacation is earned. If the employee terminates, only vacation earned, but unused from the previous anniversary date, shall be paid at termination.

  • Vacation Leave Accrual ‌ After a full-time employee has been in pay status for eighty (80) non-overtime hours in a calendar month, the employee will accrue vacation leave according to the rate schedule below.   • Sick Leave Accrual Full-time employees will accrue eight (8) hours of sick leave in a calendar month. Part- time employees will accrue sick leave credit on the same proportional basis that their employment schedule bears to a full-time schedule, up to a maximum of eight (8) hours in a calendar month.

  • Prime Time Vacation Period Subject to the provisions of this article, it is the intent of the parties that no employee will be restricted in the time of year they choose to take their vacation. The Employer will make every effort to allow employees to take their vacation during the period of April 15th to October 15th inclusive, which will be defined as the prime time vacation period.

  • Vacation Period ‌ The choice of vacation periods shall be granted to employees on the basis of seniority with the Employer except where the period requested would be detrimental to the operation of the Employer.

  • Leave Accrual After the first 30 days of active military service in any one calendar year, employees shall not accrue City-paid vacation, holiday, or sick leave benefits or other forms of paid leave; provided, however, that any public employee on military leave for intermittent training periods shall continue to accrue the same vacation, sick, and holiday leave up to a maximum period of 180 cumulative days per calendar year as if the employee had not been on military leave.
