Vacation, Sick Leave and Holidays. Executive shall be entitled paid vacation in accordance with Company policies established and in effect from time to time , with such vacation to be scheduled and taken in accordance with the Company's standard vacation policies with a minimum of three weeks. In addition, Executive shall be entitled to such sick leave and holidays at full pay in accordance with the Company's policies established and in effect from time to time.
