Vacation, Sick Leave and Holidays. Xxxxxx shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of paid vacation, with such vacation to be scheduled and taken in accordance with the Company's standard vacation policies. Two (2) weeks of unused, accrued vacation can be carried into the next year. Remaining unused, accrued vacation time will be paid during the first quarter of the following year.
