Common use of Vacation, Sick Leave and Holidays Clause in Contracts

Vacation, Sick Leave and Holidays. The Employee shall be entitled to such amounts of paid vacation and other leave, up to three (3) weeks of paid vacation per each twelve (12) month period of employment, as from time to time may be generally allowed to the Company's senior management personnel, with such vacation to be scheduled and taken in accordance with the Company's standard vacation policies applicable to such personnel. In addition, the Employee shall be entitled to such sick leave and holidays at full pay in accordance with the Company's policies established and in effect from time to time for its senior management personnel.
