Vacation Privileges. Except as herein provided, no vacation privileges shall accrue during military leave. However, vacation privileges already earned but not taken may be granted either prior to or after return from military leave in accordance with the vacation policy in effect at the time the vacation leave is taken. Vacation privileges, as defined in Article 12 of this Agreement, shall accrue to an employee while on temporary military leave.
Vacation Privileges. 22.01 The Company recognizes the need for rest and recreation on the part of its employees who are in the active employ of the Company.
Vacation Privileges. Benefits to which an employee would become entitled during the regular course of employment under vacation privileges are not granted during leaves of absence. The employee does continue to accumulate continuous service, which is applicable to vacation privileges.

Vacation Privileges. 21.01 Employees may request to have one (1) week of their approved vacation entitlement commence mid-week for travel purposes. Any arrangement under this provision must be by mutual consent between the employee and Management and will not be unreasonably denied. The Employer shall continue the current pract to make written requests to have their vacation pay be paid out regardless of if vacation time is booked. Otherwise, vacation pay shall be pay at the time vacation is taken. Notwithstanding the above, employee titled to the vacation time.
Vacation Privileges. Vacation Pay shall be paid on a percentage of earning in accordance with years of service with the Company and its predecessors as hereinafter set forth, said amounts accrued shall be paid to employees on the pay day prior to their departure on vacation. Accruals shall commence at the start of the second pay period in with a payout on the pay period closest to December each year if vacation is not taken. Vacation entitlement for all employees shall be as follows: Less than one (I) year’s service- four (4) percent of total earnings; One (I) or more year’s service two (2) weeks vacation with four (4) percent of total earnings; Five (5) or more years of service three (3) weeks vacation with (6) percent of total earnings; Ten (10) or more years of service four (4) weeks vacation with eight (8) percent of total earnings;

Vacation Privileges. 21.01 The Company recognizes the need for rest and relaxation on the part of employees and has therefore provided the following vacation plan: Since vacations are granted as a period of change and rest for the general good of employees, continuous service without a vacation but with extra compensation is not regarded as good for employees, therefore, employees may not elect to receive pay in lieu of vacation. Employees will be paid vacation pay prior to the commencement of their vacation, and all deductions usually made from an employee’s earnings will be made from their vacation pay. The choice of vacation period(s) for each employee shall be subject to the Company’s staff requirements and will be approved by the Company. If more than one employee chooses the same vacation periods and the Company deems it necessary to limit the number of employees that may be on vacation at any particular time, seniority will determine the employee that will be granted that particular time off for vacation.
