Vacation Preference. (a) Preference in the selection and allocation of vacation time shall be determined on the basis of service seniority within a vacation group. Vacation group, for the purpose of vacation preference, is a group of employees who are required to cover for one another during vacation periods. Where employees choose to split their vacation, their second choice of vacation time shall be made only after all other employees concerned have made their initial selection.
