Vacation Period. Employees who transfer to another seniority unit under this provision and who do not successfully complete the probationary period shall be placed on layoff from their original seniority unit, class/class option, employment condition and location. Such employees are not subject to Section 3, A-D, but shall become eligible to be placed on layoff lists in accordance with Section 3E on the effective date of their non-certification.
