Common use of Vacation Period Clause in Contracts

Vacation Period. If an employee so requests, the Company will provide three (3) weeks of the employee’s vacation time in the summer months (May 15th to September 15th). If a dispute arises, vacation periods will be allocated on the basis of seniority. The Company will consider four (4) weeks’ vacation during the summer months for those employees eligible for five (5) weeks or more vacation, if so requested.
