Vacation; Paid Time Off. During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to fifteen (15) paid vacation days per calendar year (prorated for partial years) in accordance with the Company’s vacation policies, as in effect from time to time that is at least as favorable as that provided to other similarly situated executives of the Company. The Executive shall receive other paid time-off in accordance with the Company’s policies for executive officers as such policies may exist from time to time.
Vacation; Paid Time Off. During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation in accordance with the Company’s vacation policies, as in effect from time to time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Company’s vacation or paid time off (“PTO”) policies, for each calendar year during the Term, Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks (20 business days) vacation and paid time off under the Company’s “PTO” plan for each calendar year.

Vacation; Paid Time Off. Executive will be entitled to vacation and paid time off (“PTO”) each year on the most favorable basis afforded to any employee pursuant to the Company’s policies as in effect from time to time.
